TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"). 2. The scope of the subject of the contract will include, among others: a. collection and management of municipal waste from properties located in the Polanka Wielka Municipality area, inhabited by residents, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 – referred to in point 2 of the OPZ, b. equipping properties with bags intended for waste collection – referred to in point 3 of the OPZ, c. organization and operation of a one-time mobile selective waste collection point (MPSZOK) in the Polanka Wielka Municipality area, as well as equipping the points with containers for used batteries and expired medicines – referred to in point 4 of the OPZ, d. organization and operation of a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), referred to in point 5 of the OPZ, e. delivery to each property of a municipal waste collection schedule covering the entire 2027 period along with instructions/a leaflet regarding the rules of segregation and waste disposal – referred to in point 6 of the OPZ, f. adherence by the Contractor to…
