TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste originating from residential properties within the Stupsk municipality, as well as collection from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located within the Stupsk Municipality, along with transport and management of the collected waste in a manner ensuring attainment of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse, and recovery by other methods, as well as reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Waste Act, the Regional Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship, and local law regulations.
