TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Subject matter of the contract 1) The subject matter of the contract, for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, is the collection and management of municipal waste specified in the contract description from properties located within the territory of the Krzymów Commune where residents live, and the collection and management of municipal waste specified in the contract description from properties constituting the property of the Krzymów Commune indicated in point I.4 of the OPZ, in a manner ensuring achievement of the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for the years 2023-2028 together with the investment plan, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Krzymów Commune – Resolutions of the Commune Council No.:  XXXV/170/2026 of 30 September 2026 –…
