Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties where residents live, properties where no residents live, where municipal waste is generated, and from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in the Municipality of Komprachcice. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 9 to the SWZ. 3.3. The subject matter of the contract also includes all works and obligations of the contractor listed in the drafted provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ. 3.4. The contracting authority encourages potential contractors to familiarise themselves with the specific nature of the Municipality of Komprachcice, the type of development, the transport/communication layout, the location and accessibility of the places where containers for collecting municipal waste are set.
