Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties, properties where no residents live but municipal waste is generated, and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in the Gmina of Komprachcice. 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 3.3. The subject of the contract also includes all works and obligations of the contractor listed in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3.4. The contracting authority encourages prospective contractors to familiarise themselves with the specific nature of the Gmina of Komprachcice, the type of development, the traffic layout, the location and accessibility of the places where containers for collecting municipal waste are installed.
