TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service in the scope of collection and management of municipal waste, as specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract, from properties located in the territory of the Bobrowniki Commune where residents live, from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych), along with delivering to residents bags for the selective collection of municipal waste. The contract will be performed in accordance with generally applicable law and local law acts. The Contractor is obliged to perform all obligations contained in the provisions of the SWZ and the Contract, as well as to exercise due diligence throughout the entire period of contract performance.
