TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Collection and management (waste described in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10)): a) municipal waste, including fractions collected separately (group 20), directly from property owners in the area of the Bardo Commune; to be collected in containers or bags at properties and in the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point for residents of the Bardo Commune, as well as from the so-called "mobile collection" (waste collected separately from group 20), b) packaging waste (including municipal packaging waste collected separately) in subgroups 15 01 – packaging made of paper and cardboard; plastics; wood; metals; multi-material; mixed packaging; glass; textiles; packaging containing residues of dangerous substances or contaminated by such substances (e.g. cans of paint); packaging made of metals containing dangerous porous structural reinforcement elements (e.g. asbestos), including empty pressure containers (e.g. containers after air fresheners, hair spray, hair lacquer) (code from no. 15 01 01 to 15 01 11*), directly from property owners, collected in containers or bags in an…
