TENDER DESCRIPTION

Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Lubasz Municipality in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract included in the SWZ. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected from bins in black colour with capacities indicated in the SWZ. Owners or property managers provide the bins and keep them in an appropriate sanitary, cleanliness and technical condition. The frequency of collection is specified in the SWZ and in the schedule agreed with the Contracting Authority. The BIO fraction includes biodegradable kitchen waste (code 20 01 08) and biodegradable waste from gardens and green areas (code 20 02 01). The Contractor shall ensure the compliant management of both types of waste; they may be transferred to different authorised installations. The Contractor is obliged to manage the collected waste in accordance with applicable provisions of law and to indicate in its tender the installations or places to which the individual waste fractions will be transferred.
