4. Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is “Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of Rejowiec Commune in 2027” 4.1 The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste: 1) from owners of residential properties located within the area of Rejowiec Commune, regardless of prevailing weather conditions. Estimated number of residents of Rejowiec Commune – 5,780 persons, number of households – approximately 1,850, 2) mixed waste to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Srebrzyszcze, 22-100 Chełm, and to the Inter-municipal Municipal Waste Landfill “KRAS-EKO” in Wincentów, 22-302 Siennica Nadolna, 3) selectively collected waste to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant in Srebrzyszcze or to installations indicated by the Contractor in its tender, 4) waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located within the area of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wólka Rejowiecka, 5) waste collected in containers located within the town of Rejowiec, and waste from public places upon notification to the Ordering Party. 6) Provision free of charge for property owners of appropriate bags for collected…
