TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting of: a) collecting municipal waste from residential properties located in the area of Gmina Zawonia and managing it, i.e. recovering or disposing of it, in a manner ensuring achievement of the appropriate recycling levels, preparing it for reuse and recovering it by other methods, and managing this waste in accordance with Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended); b) equipping properties with bins/bags for municipal waste specified by the Contracting Authority in this SWZ, within 7 days from the date of signing the contract; c) supplying containers and bins to the PSZOK and collecting and managing the waste collected in the containers located at the PSZOK, at the Contracting Authority’s request; d) collecting furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres during mobile collections carried out in the area of Gmina Zawonia; e) collecting and managing expired medicines from pharmacies located in the area of Gmina Zawonia; f) delivering a presentation on waste segregation to students of 2…
