TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of collecting and managing (recovery or disposal) municipal waste from owners of properties inhabited within the Municipality of Brójce, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), including equipping these properties with containers and bags used for collecting waste. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the service in a manner that ensures achieving appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, as well as limiting the landfilling of municipal waste, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and executive acts to this act, as well as the current Waste Management Plan for the Lodzkie Voivodeship and local law regulations. 3.
