TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in collecting and managing (recovery or disposal) municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the Municipality of Brójce and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), along with equipping these properties with containers and bags used for waste collection. 2. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the service in a manner that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling and reduction of municipal waste landfilling, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing acts to that Act, as well as the current Waste Management Plan for the Łódzkie Voivodeship and local law regulations. 3.
