TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender on the basis of Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). 1. Contractors may apply for the award of the contract jointly. 2. Contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract are required to appoint a proxy to represent them in the tender procedure for the award of the contract or to represent them in the procedure and to conclude the agreement for a public contract. 4. Any correspondence and settlements will be carried out exclusively with the proxy acting as the representative of contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract. 5. Partners in a civil partnership are contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract and the principles set out in items 1–4 apply to them. 6. Before concluding the agreement for the award of the contract, contractors applying jointly for the award of the contract will be required to provide the contracting authority with a copy of the agreement regulating the cooperation among these contractors. 7.
