TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to collect municipal waste from property owners in the area of sector No I, where residents live and where no residents live, and municipal waste is generated, in the following scope: - properties which, in part, constitute a residential property and, in part, a property where no residents live (so-called mixed properties); - properties where family allotment gardens are operated, within the meaning of the Act on family allotment gardens, and properties where public nurseries and public schools are operated, within the meaning of educational law provisions, nurseries and children’s clubs established by local government units; located within the municipality–city of Grudziądz and transporting it to the Waste Management Plant in the locality of Zakurzewo (Zakurzewo 39A, 86-300 Grudziądz, Municipality of Grudziądz) belonging to Miejskie Wodociągi i Oczyszczalni Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Grudziądz, within the time limits specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
