TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from property owners in the area of Sector No I, where residents live and where no residents live, and where municipal waste is generated, within the scope of: - properties that, in part, constitute a residential property and, in part, constitute a property where no residents live (so-called mixed properties); - properties where family allotment gardens are operated, within the meaning of the Act on family allotment gardens, and properties where public nurseries and public schools are operated, within the meaning of the provisions of educational law, nurseries (nurseries for children) or children’s clubs established by local government units; located in the municipality—city of Grudziądz—and their transport to the Waste Management Plant in the town of Zakurzewo (Zakurzewo 39A, 86-300 Grudziądz, Grudziądz Municipality) belonging to Miejskie Wodociągi i Oczyszczalni Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Grudziądz, within the time limits specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.
