TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the public contract is a service consisting in “collecting municipal waste from the owners of residential properties located within the territory of the Miasto Kutno municipality and managing such waste”. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, taking into account all the requirements of the Contracting Authority, is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, which also constitutes Annex No 1 to the contract. 3. Detailed conditions for performing the contract are included in the model contract, constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ. 1.
