TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from property owners located within the City of Łódź in the Bałuty sector in the period from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029. The properties covered by the contract include: single-family residential properties—for the parts where residents live; multi-apartment residential properties—for the parts where residents live; mixed multi-apartment residential properties—for the parts where residents live and for the parts where residents do not live but municipal waste is generated; properties on which there is a summer cottage, or other properties used for recreational and holiday purposes. The encrypted register/list of property owners, stored on an IT data carrier, will be provided to the Contractor as Appendix No. 2 to the Contract. The Contracting Authority will update this list. The contract must be performed in the period from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2029.
