TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from owners of properties located within the City of Łódź in the Bałuty sector for the period from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029. Properties covered by the contract include: single-family residential properties—for the part where residents live; multi-family residential properties—for the part where residents live; mixed multi-family residential properties—for the part where residents live and for the part where no residents live, but municipal waste is generated; properties with a summer house, or other properties used for recreational and holiday purposes. The encrypted list of property owners stored on an IT data carrier will be provided to the Contractor as Appendix No. 2 to the Contract. The Contracting Authority will update this list. The contract must be performed during the period from 01.02.2027 to 31.01.2029.
