TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting in collecting municipal waste from property owners located within the City of Łódź in the Bałuty sector for the period from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029. The properties covered by the contract are: single-family residential properties – for the parts where residents live; multi-apartment residential properties – for the parts where residents live; mixed multi-apartment residential properties – for the parts where residents live and for the parts where residents do not live, but municipal waste is generated; properties with a summer house, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes. The encrypted list of property owners, kept on an IT data carrier, will be provided to the Contractor as Annex No 2 to the Contract. The Contracting Authority will update this list. The contract must be performed within the period from 01.02.2027r to 31.01.2029r.
