TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of all types of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce, during the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and limitation of the mass of municipal waste biodegradable and directed for disposal in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, the Waste Act, and in accordance with the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order within the area of the Municipality of Ropczyce in force to the extent relating to the contract and not inconsistent with the current wording of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes. 2.
