TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is “Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners located within the Municipality of Zator in 2027.” (in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027). 2. Waste management shall be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste subject to biodegradation delivered to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws (Dz.U.) of 2025 item 733) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship. 3.
