4.2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 4.2.1 collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located in the area of Gmina Tarnogród, excluding waste related to running business activities and agricultural activities. Waste collection will take place from in front of the premises after the owner of the property has put the waste out; 4.2.2 running in the area of Gmina Tarnogród of the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), in particular including the collection, transport and management of the mass of municipal waste accumulated there, including waste originating from agricultural activities; 4.2.3 equipping the handled properties with durable and marked bags for the selective collection of waste; 4.2.4 collection and transport of municipal waste and biodegradable waste to municipal waste processing installations in accordance with the “proximity principle” described in Article 20 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) and, in the event of a failure of a given installation, to the installation indicated as substitute in the Waste Management Plan for the Lublin…
