4.4. The subject of the contract is: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected from all properties located within the City of Łuków, 2) conducting four times a year, i.e. once per quarter, promotional campaigns for the collection and management of bulky waste, electronic waste, clothing and textiles. 3) elimination of illegal dumpsites within the City of Łuków, on dates indicated by the Contracting Authority. 4) organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) within the City of Łuków including the management of collected waste, 5) collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected during and after mass and special events indicated by the Contracting Authority, 6) as part of providing municipal waste collection services, the Contractor shall equip properties with bags for selective waste collection in colors specified in the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order within the City of Łuków (on a "bag for bag" basis), necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system. 4.5.
