The subject of the contract is the service of collection and further management of municipal-origin waste with a calorific value exceeding 6MJ/kg of dry matter with code 20 03 07 (bulky waste) in an undivided form originating from the Municipal Installation in Łęczyca, Stara Dąbrowa municipality, in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31 December 2025 by the Contractor, in accordance with the permits held by him in this respect. All waste originates from the area of the municipality which implements the method of its collection while fulfilling the obligation to segregate waste by the residents of the City of Stargard.
