TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service for the collection, transport and processing of waste at an installation for the production of alternative fuel, classified in accordance with the current waste catalogue – under code ex 19 12 12 – other wastes (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated at the RCO Krosno municipal installation in the process of mechanical treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and pre-sorted waste. 2. Requirements concerning the subject of the contract: a) The total amount of waste expected to be transferred during the term of this contract is approx. 2,000 Mg of waste – daily collection from 21 Mg to 75 Mg (from Monday to Friday depending on the Client’s needs). The Client reserves the right to transfer a smaller amount of waste; however, this amount will not be less than 1,100 Mg. b) this waste will constitute the so-called ballast fraction.
