TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste in the scope of bio-waste (waste that is biodegradable and kitchen waste that is biodegradable) generated within the territory of the City of Częstochowa municipality, together with the performance of additional services and obligations. The subject of the contract has been specified and described in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter “OPZ”), constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ, and in the contract template constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ (hereinafter “PPU”).
