1. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 2. The rules for performing the subject matter of the contract, in particular: the obligations of the parties, performance deadlines, penalties, remuneration, payment rules, and changes to the contract specified in the Essential Provisions of the Contract - Appendix No 12 to the SWZ. Information concerning the variant offer referred to in Article 92 of the Pzp Act: The Contracting Authority does not allow for the submission of variant offers. 1.
