TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste originating from residential properties located in the area of the Wiśniewo Commune, as well as the collection from the Selective Waste Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów komunalnych, PSZOK) located within the area of the Wiśniewo Commune, including the transport and management of collected waste in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparing for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes, the Waste Act, the Regional Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, and the Terms of Reference – contract procedure no.: ZO.7.2026, of local law provisions.
