TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection and transport of municipal waste from residential property owners within the municipality of Jasień. The Contractor is obliged to: - collect municipal waste directly from residential property owners located in the Municipality of Jasień, - transfer all collected non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from residential property owners directly to the municipal facility ensuring processing referred to in Article 35(6)(1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1328), subject to Article 158(4) indicated by the Contracting Authority – Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o.o., Marszów 50A, 68-200 Żary, including to the Waste Transfer Station in Lubsk. - selectively transfer collected municipal waste from residential properties and collected in the PSZOK, directly to the recovery or disposal facility indicated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. - secure bags for selective waste collection in the colours specified in the regulations on…
