TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties in the area of Gmina Sieroszewice and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ OPZ. 3. The Contractor is required to perform the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 1.
