TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The scope of the contract includes comprehensive implementation of the service, particularly: 1) collection of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste generated and collected on all properties, both residential and non-residential, including properties belonging to public finance sector units listed in Art. 9 points 3, 4, and 13 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on Public Finance (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1530, as amended) located within the administrative boundaries of the Town and Municipality of Grabów nad Prosną, including equipping all properties with waste containers, including containers for selective collection of municipal waste, and providing residents with a waste collection schedule and informational leaflets in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract annexed to the Terms of Reference. 2) transport of waste to the municipal installation operated by Regionalny Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Sp. z o.o., ul.
