1. Type of contract: service. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for receiving municipal waste from residential properties within the territory of the Municipality of Połczyn-Zdrój in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and transporting this waste to the Municipal Installation in Wardyń Górny for the Eastern Region (operator: Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o., Wardyń Górny 35, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój), in accordance with Resolution No. XVII/167/2012 of the Municipal Council in Połczyn-Zdrój of 25 January 2012 on entrusting the company Międzygminne Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wardyń Górny with the municipality’s own tasks in the field of municipal waste management and expressing consent for the Municipality to conclude an implementing agreement, amended by Resolution No. LV/529/2018 of 19.09.2018. 3.
