TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of mixed and separately collected municipal waste from: a. residential properties in the area of the Witnica Commune (under the municipal system for managing municipal waste), b. non-residential properties listed in Part B, Section II of the Description of the Subject of the Contract, not covered by the municipal system for managing municipal waste, i.e.: • facilities constituting property or under the administration of the Witnica Commune and its organisational units that do not have legal personality – in this respect, the Witnica Commune purchases the service in its own name, as the owner or administrator of those properties; • facilities managed by the Municipal House of Culture in Witnica (Miejski Dom Kultury, the Municipal Stadium and rural community centres in Nowe Wielkie and Kamień Mały – branches of MDK) – in this respect, the Witnica Commune purchases the service on behalf of and for the Municipal House of Culture in Witnica, as the contracting authority authorised pursuant to Article 38 (1) of the PPL Act (Pzp) and under an agreement on the joint conduct of the procedure.
