TENDER DESCRIPTION

The provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act, shall apply to the award of the contract, and in matters not regulated by that Act, the provisions of the Civil Code. Due to the value of the contract exceeding the EU threshold for services, the procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender in accordance with Article 132 of the Pzp Act. Pursuant to Article 139 point 1 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall first examine and assess the bids, and then shall qualify the entity of the Contractor whose bid has been assessed as the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
