TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. For the initial demonstration of the absence of grounds for exclusion: 1) referred to in Article 108(1) and Article 109(1)(4) of the PZP Act (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended) together with the tender, the completed European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) must be submitted—according to Annex No 2 to the SWZ; 2) a statement of non-exclusion pursuant to Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on specific measures concerning countering support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security, and Article 5k(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31.07.2014, as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2025/2033, concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine—pursuant to Annex 15 to the SWZ—the statement should be submitted by the Contractor, the Contractor’s subcontractors, the Contractor’s suppliers, or the entities on whose capacities the Contractor relies within the meaning of the public procurement directives, where it accounts for more than 10% of the contract value. 2.
