TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from residential properties and from properties where residents do not live but municipal waste is generated, located in the area of the Blizanów Commune, as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, PSZOK) located in the locality of Zagorzyn and from municipal waste selective collection points launched during the term of the contract, including the planned PSZOK in the locality of Janków Pierwszy, on the terms specified in the OPZ. The detailed scope, requirements and manner of performance of the contract are defined by the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, OPZ), constituting Annex No 10 to the SWZ, together with Annexes No 1-9 to the OPZ.
