TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of mixed municipal waste and separately collected municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Dobrzyca. Contract details: A service involving the collection of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Dobrzyca from residential properties and from the PSZOK and transporting it to the Municipal Installation located in Witaszyczki, ul. Mariusza Małynicza 1, 63-200 Jarocin, in a manner ensuring the level of preparation for reuse and recycling, the level of landfilling of municipal waste and waste originating from processing of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as the “landfilling level”, and the level of reduction in the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation delivered for landfilling in accordance with applicable legal regulations, as well as with the provisions of the “Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for 2023-2028 together with the investment plan” adopted by Resolution no.
