TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected municipal waste from the area of Gmina Dobrzyca. Contract details: A service consisting in collecting municipal waste from the area of Gmina Dobrzyca from residential properties and from PSZOK and transporting it to the Municipal Installation located in Witaszyczki, ul. Mariusza Małynicza 1, 63-200 Jarocin, in a manner ensuring the level of preparation for re-use and recycling, the level of landfilling of municipal waste and waste originating from processing municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as the “landfilling level”, and the level of limiting the mass of municipal waste subject to biodegradation delivered for landfill in accordance with applicable provisions of law, as well as the provisions of the “Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for 2023-2028 together with the investment plan” adopted by Resolution No. VIII/192/24 of the SEJMIK of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship of 20 December 2024 on the update of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship for 2019-2025 together with the investment plan”.
