TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of services involving the collection and transport of mixed municipal waste and separately collected waste from residential properties within the territory of the Koźmin Wlkp. municipality, within the meaning of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order within the territory of the Koźmin Wlkp. municipality, as well as other provisions of generally applicable and local law. As part of the management of mixed municipal waste and separately collected waste from residential properties within the territory of the Koźmin Wielkopolski municipality, the waste-collecting entity is required to deliver it to the Wielkopolskie Recycling Centre – Spółka z o. o. in Jarocin, Witaszyczki, ul. im.
