Part I of the contract – Collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the area of the Municipality of Cewice and their transport to the Municipal Installation, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029. 2.1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from owners of residential properties in the area of the Municipality of Cewice and their transport to the Municipal Installation, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029. The term "property owner" means the person referred to in Article 2(1)(4) of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2025, item 733 with amendments). 2.2.
