TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service involving the collection of municipal waste from property owners, generated in residential properties and partly residential and partly non-residential properties within the area of the Drawsko Pomorskie municipality; the collection of municipal waste from property owners, generated in properties where summer cottages are located, or other properties used for recreational and holiday purposes, used only for part of the year, within the area of the Drawsko Pomorskie municipality; as well as the collection and transport of textile waste from containers designated for their selective collection, and the transport of the above-mentioned waste to a transfer station in Mielenko Drawskie operating within the Regional Waste Management Plant (Regionalny Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami) in Słajsin, hereinafter referred to as the “Station”, in accordance with the applicable provisions of national law and local legal acts. 1.2.
