TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from property owners, generated in residential properties and in part-residential and part-non-residential properties within the area of the Municipality of Drawsko Pomorskie, the collection of municipal waste from property owners in non-residential properties where holiday cottages are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, and the transport of the above-mentioned waste to the transfer station in Mielenko Drawskie operating within the Regional Waste Management Plant (Regionalny Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami) in Słajsin, in accordance with applicable provisions of national law and local law acts. 1.2.
