The sludge constitutes waste with code 190805. The projected annual quantity of sludge is 640.00 Mg +/- 10%. The above values depend on the quantity and quality of raw sewage entering the wastewater treatment plant, as well as on the sewage delivered to the decanting station by tanker trucks. The agreed quantities are estimates and may change in accordance with the actual needs of the contracting authority, taking into account the amount of sludge produced by the treatment plant. The sludge quantities given above should be treated as indicative. The contractor shall not be entitled to compensation for failure to achieve the specified quantities.
