TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of unsorted (mixed) and separately collected municipal waste from the area of the Biecz commune in 2027. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and requirements for the Contractor is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract ("OPZ"), together with the following appendices to it: 1) Schedule for the collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste from property owners in which residents live, 2) Schedule for the collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner from property owners in which residents live, 3) Schedule for the collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from property owners in which no residents live, 4) Schedule for the collection of municipal waste collected in a selective manner from property owners in which no residents live, 5) List of street bins, 6) List of collective points for selective waste collection (List of "sites"). 1.
