4.3. The subject matter of the contract for the task entitled: “Collection and management of municipal waste collected from property owners in the Gmina of Podegrodzie in 2027” is a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from residential properties located within the territory of the Gmina of Podegrodzie, from facilities carrying out the collection of expired medicines, and from the area of the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (GPSZOK), located at a closed municipal waste landfill in Podegrodzie, in accordance with the currently applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order within the territory of the Gmina of Podegrodzie during the provision of the service. The subject matter of the contract also includes equipping the properties indicated by the Contracting Authority with containers for collecting waste and providing bags for selective waste collection.
