TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of collecting municipal waste from property owners in whose properties residents live, located within the area of Gmina Raba Wyżna, and managing that waste in a manner enabling: a)the Municipality to achieve appropriate levels of preparing municipal waste for reuse and recycling in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2025, item 733, as amended); b)limiting the quantity of municipal waste that is biodegradable and is transferred for landfill in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the implementing regulations to the Act; c)the Municipality not exceeding the permissible level of landfilling municipal waste referred to in Article 3b(2a) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
