TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and municipally selectively collected waste: paper, metals together with plastic materials and multi-material packaging waste, glass, bio-waste, and bulky waste from property owners where residents live in the municipality of Łęknica, including the supply of bags for the selective collection of municipal waste specified in the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Łęknica. 2. The Contractor is obliged to collect any quantity of municipal waste generated at the property where residents live, generated within the territory of the municipality of Łęknica, described in this OPZ, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, subject to the condition that the maximum extent of the parties’ performance is 140% of the total quantity of waste indicated in the tender form for each of the fractions. 3. The total estimated mass of waste that is the subject of the service is 788 Mg. 1.
