TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is: a) collecting and managing the entire amount of municipal waste generated and collected directly from the areas of all properties, inhabited, uninhabited and properties where there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, which are inhabited only for part of the year, located within the boundaries of Gmina Puńsk b) collecting, transporting and managing waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) in the town of Puńsk, ul. A. Mickiewicza 23, 16-515 Puńsk, and managing the waste collected at this point, in a manner consistent with the waste management hierarchy referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Dz.U.2023.1587 consolidated text as of 10.08.2023, as amended) and with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text (tj) Dz.U.2025.733 as of 04.06.2025), and the applicable Waste Management Plan for the Podlaskie Voivodeship for the years 20123 – 2028, and delivering containers to this point and adapting them to the individual collected fractions, c) the Contractor shall provide devices for…
