TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service comprising: collection, transport and management of municipal waste from all property owners in the area of Gmina Poronin—residential and non-residential properties where municipal waste is generated; collection, transport and management of waste collected at the PSZOK located in Poronin, provision of the facilities at the above Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers in accordance with the instructions of the Contracting Authority, and delivery of bags for municipal waste in the colours specified in the regulations, necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system. The service consists in collecting, transporting and managing municipal waste originating from the area of Gmina Poronin, broken down into waste fractions. Vehicles used to collect municipal waste must comply with permissible exhaust emission standards—at least Euro 4—and must be equipped with a set of recording cameras, barcode readers and GPS enabling route reading.
