TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Gmina Dębno and from the Selective Waste Collection Point located on plot no. 452/2 in Wola Dębińska (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), in a manner ensuring achievement of the appropriate recycling levels and in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025 item 733), implementing regulations to the above-mentioned Act, and the resolution in force during the performance of the contract on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Gmina Dębno. The detailed description and manner of performance of the contract is set out in the OPZ (Terms of Reference), which constitutes Appendix No. 12 to the SWZ, and in the contract template which constitutes Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.
